Ingredients
2 oz Irish whiskey
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1 pinch Pickle salt
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 RIM glass with pickle salt.
- 3 Prepare garnish of pickle spear.
Method
- 4 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 5 DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 6 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish
- 7 Garnish with pickle spear.
