A potent, single-estate blend from the Abecassis family in Cognac, France, specifically crafted for consumption over ice! It begins with delicate notes of dried fruits, herbs, and nuts. Its bold middle phase introduces notes of peach, lemon sorbet, almond, vanilla, and mint, leading to a long and intricate conclusion with hints of citrus and wood. September 2019

The aroma offers sweet notes of orange and pears. On the palate, there's significant sweetness with traces of vanilla (tasted neat).

Smells of wood, grape, orange, and vanilla. Tastes sweet, woody, with grape and vanilla. It's a little sweet, but acceptable.
