A refined spirit from NOM 1137. Its beginning presents aromas of agave, wood, botanicals, and spice. A robust middle stage introduced caramel and vanilla. The finish was balanced, lasting a moderate time with notes of oak, pepper, and chocolate. April 2016 / 2017
