Nose of cherry pie with a dollop of vanilla ice cream Palate of rich cherry and blackberry with pie crust Finish is oak spice and cinnamon with a touch of clove, medium length

Considerably more spice and intensity than the regular Angel's Envy. A truly wonderful, full-bodied bourbon with abundant cherry, cinnamon, and good nutmeg.
