An intense Agave Spirit from NOM 1137. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of green agave, wood & spices; while a bold & thick progression adds notes of caramel, cinnamon, mint & green pepper; culminating in a thick & mouth-coating cinnamon finish with a hint of smoke. August / October 2019
