Autry Cellars in San Luis Obispo, California, crafts this apple brandy from fresh apples. After fermentation on the crushed apples, it is distilled to 184 proof. It is then reduced to 89 proof and aged for eight and a half months in Hungarian oak before being bottled at 80 proof.
