Bacardí Reserva Ocho Sherry Cask Finish initiates a five-year limited edition Cask Finish Series scheduled from 2021 to 2025. The process starts with Bacardí Reserva Ocho Rum, aged for 8-12 years in American oak within the Caribbean, followed by a maturation of just over two months in oloroso sherry casks. This bottling became available nationwide in September 2021.
