About this bottle

Banner Distilling claims their Wheat Whiskey is the first in Texas to be made entirely with local grain and rainwater. They utilize hard and soft winter wheat varieties and age the spirit in 5-gallon American oak barrels. This product is released in very limited batches and is currently exclusively available in the Austin, Texas area. (Batch W15-3 was reviewed)

Very characteristic of the brand, but I've grown to appreciate it more as the bottle has emptied.
