About this bottle
This gin, produced at the Blackdown Distillery in Sussex, is the first of its kind in the region. Launched in 2012, the gin uses a 100% British wheat neutral spirit base and includes botanicals such as licorice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and coriander. Following distillation, Silver Birch sap, sourced from within 40 acres of the distillery, is incorporated. It is bottled at 37.5% ABV and is not presently offered in the U.S.
