About this bottle

This cognac comes from a 222-acre estate in the Charentais village of Tarsac, which has produced cognac since the 1930s. Bourgoin focuses on "natural" production, offering single cask bottlings at cask strength without filtration or additives like coloring or sugar. The eau de vie uses 100% ugni blanc grapes from Fins Bois and is finished in 10-liter micro barriques. The ABV may vary; the review sample was 55.3% ABV. The price noted is for a 376 mL bottle.
