Cachaça from Matosinhos, Minas Gerais, aged 13 years in a Peroba do Campo barrel, an unusual Brazilian wood that offers subtle sensory contribution but aids in balancing the spirit. Pale yellow, with fruity, herbal, and vegetal notes, gentle wood influence, noticeable sweetness, and well-integrated alcohol.
