Cachaça from Vassouras, Rio de Janeiro, aged in a Jeqiitiba barrel, a neutral Brazilian wood that provides little sensory contribution but helps stabilize the spirit. Straw yellow, with herbal notes, mild wood character, discernible sweetness, and integrated alcohol. It lacked distinctiveness.
