From Salinas, known as the "capital of cachaça," in the northernmost part of Minas Gerais, comes Nova Aliança Prata 670ml. This 42% ABV spirit is aged in Amburana (a Brazilian wood) barrels, giving it a clear, pale yellow look. The wood aging results in a rich, aromatic profile with notes of sugarcane sweetness, florals, fruit, and honey. The acidity, sugar, and alcohol are in balance, providing good body, character, and a simultaneously smooth and elegant feel with a lengthy aftertaste.
