Sourced from Los Altos, this additive-free tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave. The agave undergoes a 30-hour cooking process in traditional stone ovens, followed by an 18-hour cooling period. Fermentation utilizes natural yeast in open-air stainless steel tanks without fibers, and the spirit is distilled twice in stainless pot stills with copper coils. It is then aerated and allowed to mature for six months in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon, before being bottled at 80 proof.
