About this bottle

Canefire Rum originates from Western Australia's Kimberly region, using sugar cane cultivated in the Ord River Valley near Kununurra. The cane is processed into unrefined sugar, fermented with high-quality yeasts, and then refined again to eliminate unwanted phenols, methanol, and fusel oils. All Canefire rums are developed, grown, produced, and bottled within Western Australia. Its availability is restricted to Australia.
