About this bottle
Cavalier 151 is produced from fermented molasses and subsequently aged for a minimum of two years in ex-bourbon barrels. Distilled by Antigua Distillery Limited, it possesses the highest alcohol content of any rum bottled on the island, at 75.5% ABV.
