Chattanooga Whiskey's Experimental Single Batch Series Batch 036: Herbal Infused is a bourbon liqueur inspired by German kräuterlikörs. The base is the brand's Tennessee high-malt bourbon, made with German specialty malts, which is infused with 14 different botanicals, including star anise, ginseng, bilberry, and sarsaparilla, for varying durations. After maturing for one year in single-use bourbon barrels, dark candi syrup is added before bottling in a green container. It launched in January 2024 at the Experimental Distillery in Chattanooga, TN, and online via Seelbach's, with an SRP of $49.99.
