About this bottle
The twenty-ninth release in the Experimental Single Batch Series combines pot-distilled bourbon mash bills. Following their initial maturation, the whiskeys were blended and then aged further in a 100-year-old oloroso sherry puncheon. Chattanooga Whiskey intends this to be an annual offering, with the sherry puncheon being replenished using a solera method to ensure residual flavors from prior batches persist. This bottling, available from January 2023 at the Experimental Distillery in downtown Chattanooga, is priced at $74.99.
