A fresh Soju from Lotte Chilsung Beverage Company in Seoul, Korea, produced from a mix of rice and grains, bottled at 20% alcohol by volume with added sugar. It presents with subtle grain and rice notes at the start, has a pleasant middle, and finishes quickly and smoothly with a hint of sweetness. November 2022
