About this bottle

Clear Creek Apple Brandy is crafted using Golden Delicious apples from Washington's Yakima Valley. The whole apples are fermented after crushing and then distilled in a pot still at Clear Creek's facility in Portland, Oregon. The brandy matures for a minimum of two years in French Limousin oak barrels before it is bottled. It is offered in both 750ml and 375ml sizes. Previously, it was known as Clear Creek Apple Brandy, Barrel Aged 2 years.
