Ireland- Clonakilty Irish Whiskey finished in Baltic Porter Casks from Manor Hill Brewery, Ellicott City, MD. Nose: Chocolate, vanilla, oak spice. Palate: Chocolate ganache, Lychee, lime, pineapple, chili, floral hop. Finish: Chili and lime chocolate, and oak leather/vanilla.
