About this bottle

Walter Catton, Mark Fellwock, and Jenney Grant are the founders behind Coppercraft Distillery in Holland, Michigan. Their High Wheat whiskey features a mash bill of 95% red wheat and 5% malted barley. It undergoes a brief aging period of several months in new oak. (Note: The listed price is for a 375 ml bottle.)
