Cor Cor Green explodes with green banana flavor. It's like a funky Jamaican rum combined with a Martinique agricole. There's no heat at all. The finish is medium, lasts about a minute, and becomes more like plantain before disappearing into spent sugarcane, much like chewing out the last bit of juice. I expected this unaged rum to be a good mixer. However, this is an unusual unaged rum that I enjoy drinking straight.
