About this bottle
Crafted from 100% blue Weber agave sourced from the Jalisco highlands (Los Altos) near Arandas, this tequila contains no additives. Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero leads the production, which involves roasting the agave in autoclaves, stone mill extraction, open-air steel vat fermentation with natural yeast (without fibers), and double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. This bottling is presented at 100 proof, a significant increase from the standard Blanco.
