The Master's Cask Collection Sherry Cask Finish from Courvoisier debuted in global travel retail in September 2017. This cognac is a blend of brandies aged 2 to 8 years, with an additional 2 1/2 years in French Limousin oak. The final maturation step involves four to six months in casks that previously contained Pedro Ximenez sherry.
