This cocktail bitter was developed by modern cocktail expert Dale DeGroff in collaboration with absinthe maker T.A. Breaux. It is an infusion of pimento allspice berries, anise, and other herbs, created without artificial or processed flavors. The bitter is bottled at 45% ABV.
