About this bottle

This family estate cultivates apples for its distillations. For this particular bottling, 80% bittersweet apples and 20% acidic apples were used. After six months of fermentation, the cider undergoes a double distillation and is then aged for a minimum of years, with 25% of that aging period in new oak.
