About this bottle

C3 Carciofo is a bitter liqueur made from artichokes, based on a traditional Italian formula from 1911. The key ingredient, its namesake, is three varieties of California-grown artichokes, complemented by cardoons, grapefruit, and 18 other botanicals. This liqueur is aged for 12 months in barrels before being bottled at 23% alcohol by volume.
