About this bottle
Compañia Tequilera Los Valores, S.A. de C.V. (NOM 1608) makes this additive-free tequila from 100% blue Weber agave sourced from Jalisco's highland and lowland fields. The agave is cooked in brick ovens for 48 hours, then cooled for 24 hours before roller mill extraction. Fermentation occurs in open-air stainless steel tanks with natural yeast, followed by double distillation on stainless steel tank stills with copper coil. It rests for 3 months in ex-American whiskey barrels.
