About this bottle
El Afan Reposado tequila is made from 100% blue agave, cultivated and distilled within the Jalisco region. The agave plants are harvested between 8 and 10 years of age before undergoing cooking, milling, and fermentation. Following double distillation, the spirit rests in oak barrels for a period ranging from 2 to 11 months. El Afan is currently offered only in Texas and New Mexico.
