Made with 100% blue Weber agave from southern Los Altos in Guanajuato, Jalisco, this additive-free tequila is produced at Plantaciones Tequilana, S.P.R. de R.L. de C.V. (NOM 1635). The process includes cooking in brick ovens, Tahona extraction, and fermentation in open-air stainless steel tanks with deep well water and natural yeasts. It is twice distilled in stainless steel tanks with copper coil and aged for under a year in ex-bourbon American oak.

Nom1635 An elegant, additive-free Agave Spirit from the Villalobos family, aged for two months in used American oak barrels. It presents an aromatic beginning with hints of cooked agave, wood, citrus, herbs & spices; its rich & full body adds notes of orange, honey & vanilla; leading to a balanced, medium-length finish with notes of oak, white pepper & sea spray.
