An elegant, rested Agave Spirit from the Avalos family in Arenal, Mexico, aged for 6 to 12 months in barrels made with Canadian Oak. It has an aromatic start with notes of exotic fruits & agave; a rich & full middle adds hints of oak & exotic spices, leading to a creamy finish with a hint of pepper & banana.
