Smell: baking spice, cinnamon, Body: dark fruit shines through, good bite Finish: dessert finish, cinnamon toast crunch- a lot lighter than Penelope Rio. Desserty enough, you can tell the finishing is there while maintaining traditional bourbon notes.

Tasted blind. The aroma offered bourbon cask and cinnamon. The taste was a cinnamon explosion, like Red Hots – maybe even Fireball? The wood notes were minimal. Overall, I rate it 2 stars. The cinnamon was overwhelming, making it unpleasant for sipping and appreciating nuance, though it might work in a cocktail. It was harsh.

What a distinct flavor profile! A prominent cinnamon and graham cracker taste appears initially, followed by a range of other flavors. Definitely one to savor occasionally.

Strong gingerbread notes. Very good.
