Potent mineral aroma of hot wet concrete, smoke, earth, agave, green bell pepper, green herbs, grass. Rich palate with smoke, brown sugar, smoked pork, earth, green herbs, charcoal and rocks. Long spicy finish. Another Jabalí, another success.
