About this bottle
Fidencio Sin Humo is a mezcal made from 100% espadín agave, cultivated on the estate in Santiago Matalan, Oaxaca. The agave is harvested during the new moon when it reaches ten years of age, a practice believed to impart a distinct flavor. Uniquely, the roasting process for this mezcal avoids wood, resulting in a smokeless spirit. It is twice distilled in a custom wood-fired Alembic still, designed as a pit still.
