Filliers aims to provide accessible, quality genever with its Barrel Aged Genever line, prioritizing age statements over traditional genever classifications like 'jonge' or 'oude.' The Filliers 8 Year Barrel Aged Genever is composed entirely of maltwine derived from malted barley, rye, and corn. A small quantity of juniper distillate is incorporated post-aging.
