A sharp, London Dry Gin made by a distiller for G&J Distillers in Warrington, England, using seven botanicals. It begins aromatically with hints of fruits, flowers, roots, seeds, herbs & spices; a crisp middle stage adds notes of juniper, orange zest & anise; concluding in a dry & balanced finish of moderate duration. August 2023 / September / October 2025
