About this bottle

'La Mallorquina,' the traditional olive variety of Majorca, is featured as a signature botanical in GIN EVA. This variety, grown by only a few producers on old trees amongst mountain rocks, connects the gin to the long-standing tradition of olives in cocktails. The initial batch, released in 2018, was limited to 3,000 bottles.
