Nose - Pineapple sorbet, or an upside down pineapple cake. Maraschino Cherry. Sweet scent of a pina colada without coconut, enjoyed on a beach. Vanilla ice cream with pineapple cake. Palate - An explosion of classic rum flavors with cinnamon mixed in. Ends with subtle hints of pineapple and vanilla as it transitions to the finish. Very dominant rum flavor on the palate. Finish - The finish has vanilla, cinnamon, and oak. Light, bright notes from the pineapple, but very subtle.
