An elegant agave spirit from NOM 1122. It begins aromatically with notes of agave, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs, and spices. The palate offers cherry, sweet oak spices, vanilla, and roasted agave, leading to a medium-length, balanced finish with hints of pepper, cinnamon, almond, cognac, and smoke. July 2024
