Oregon- 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition Gold Medal winner. Beginning with high quality, gluten free grain, Headwind is six times distilled and twice filtered. Exceptionally smooth. Filtered using PNW timber to impart a subtle character that eliminates vodka ethanol burn.
