About this bottle

Hillrock Estate Distillery's PX-Finished Rye is made entirely from estate-grown rye. It originates as their Double Cask Rye, which is matured in new, charred American oak and then white oak barrels that have been seasoned for two years. The rye then receives an additional finishing period in ex-Pedro Ximenez barrels. This PX-finished rye is a restricted 2016 release, exclusively available at the distillery.
