Primarily influenced by the cask, but a pleasant pour with hints of berries, spices, and toffee. Nose: Raisins, Honey, Milk Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Blueberries, Toffee, Plums, Dates, Figs Palate: Blueberries, Honey, Milk Chocolate, Grapefruit, Toffee, Almonds, Prunes, Dates, Morello Cherries, Blackberries, Christmas Cakes, Gingerbread, Blood Oranges, Chili Peppers Finish: Raisins, Dates, Blackberries, Prunes, Morello Cherries, Nutella, Blueberries, Cloves, Chili Peppers
