About this bottle
This 2025 limited release of The Cask Strength Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a joint effort between HIRSCH Selected Whiskeys and HINE Cognac House. The bourbon matured for 5 years and 8 months in new charred & toasted American oak barrels before being transferred to 30-year-old HINE Cognac casks for an additional 1 year and 10 months of finishing. It is bottled at 114 proof, with 3,900 bottles becoming available in select markets nationwide starting September 2025. (SRP $180)
