About this bottle

A small, family-run distillery in Carroll County, Iowa, utilizes local rye for its white dog. The recipe is based on that of a prohibition-era moonshiner and is produced in small batches. Approximately half of the production will be aged for a rye whiskey release, with the remainder sold unaged. As of summer 2015, this product was exclusively available locally.
