John Watling's Single Barrel

Hard to decipher. Smells like butter rum straight up, with a faint trace of dried fruit. Very varied on the tongue. Sweet, slightly salty, plum, with a bit of caramel. Went down easily considering the proof. Not as satisfying as I had hoped

Very smooth.. reminiscent of bourbon.
