A delicate Agave Spirit from Nom1438. It starts aromatically with notes of cooked agave, wood & spices; then a rich middle adds notes of caramel & vanilla, leading to a quick & delicate end.
Minimal flavor - buttery and sweet on the aroma. Much stronger than anticipated.
It's suitable for cocktails, but a little rough to drink straight. Flavor is okay.
