Ladismith Klein Karoo 8 Year Pot Still

Originating from South Africa's Klein Karoo region, this is an eight-year-old pot-distilled brandy from Southern Cape Vineyards, the producer of both Ladismith and Barrydale brands. Following cognac traditions, the brandy undergoes double distillation from 100% Colombard grapes, a variety significant in Cognac and Armagnac production. The distillate is then aged in French oak for a minimum of eight years. It is bottled at 38% ABV.
