Made by Nate Boring at Zoetropolis Cinema Stillhouse in Lancaster, PA, this rum uses local raw sugar and molasses and is aged in oak. Caramel and clove on the nose, it's pleasantly spiced with minimal burn and hints of vanilla and pepper in the finish. Good neat, even better with ice.
