This Alexander Murray & Co. VSOP Cognac, bottled at 40% ABV, is refined. It presents flavors of dried and cooked fruits, wood, florals, nuts, botanicals, and seasonings. A full body contributes notes of apple, apricot, fig, sultanas, and jasmine, culminating in a pleasant, lingering finish that's warm and peppery, with hints of oak, vanilla, allspice, mace, and filbert.
